Overview

People and Culture team within CARE US HQ partnered with Innovation to support the facilitation of understanding the challenges, gaps, opportunities, and needs for the new hires process to improve systems and experience for new hires and all those involved in the 90 day on-boarding process.

Design goals

  • New hires will know how to use CARE tech system and be able to navigate to find information.

  • New hires understand the expectations for their role and the set-up to manage the risk and advance their success.

  • Have fundamental and holistic understanding of CARE history, CI structure, program principles, language (ie. acronyms) and strategy.

  • Feel connected to CARE COs and their work and know opportunities to engage in local CARE community.

  • Be familiar with CARE benefits, tools, channels, and procurement/finance process.
